Meet Dr. Romina Aznavaleh
Romina Aznavaleh, D.M.D
In 2022 Dr. Romina Aznavaleh earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While at Tufts, Dr. Romina represented her class as the class president for the duration of dental school. Dr. Romina was one of the two students selected for the Clinical Esthetic Program during her final year at Tufts to learn alongside the Esthetic Resident Students. Dr. Romina was also appointed as Teacher’s Assistance in many classes including Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Implant and Digital Dentistry, Operative Dentistry and her Group Practice in Clinic.
Dr. Romina Aznavaleh was born and raised in Iran. She moved to Texas at the age of 12 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with minors in Psychology and Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio(UTSA). She then continued her education at UTSA to earn her Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Masters of Science in Business.
Dr. Romina fell in love with dentistry.
Dr. Romina fell in love with dentistry while volunteering with the Pre-Dental Society during her master’s program. She volunteered at The Texas Mission of Mercy, which is a remote, free dental care for underserved populations, multiple times during her time there.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Romina worked as a treatment coordinator for a periodontist office in San Antonio, Texas. After earning her DMD from Tufts, Dr. Romina earned her certification in PDO Thread Lift and PDO Smoothing Thread treatment, along with Lip Filler and Botox treatment. Dr. Romina is committed to the oral and overall health of every patient in the Cape Cod community. She is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community, in the same way she found her love for dentistry.
