Just like any other part of your body, your mouth is susceptible to disease and bacteria that can be potentially life threatening. At the Cape Cod Dental Group, we offer state-of-the-art oral pathology and oral cancer screenings to help identify and diagnose diseases of the mouth, jaw and related structures. With our oral pathology screenings, we can identify potentially dangerous or questionable disease or lesions in your mouth early on when they are most easily treated.

If a biopsy taken comes back as something dangerous, we will take the necessary steps to help eliminate the concern and restore your oral health. Dr. Jenny Chang recommends her patients start at-home oral cancer screenings to help identify potential concerns early. If you notice anything suspicious like lumps, pain, or discoloration, it should be addressed right away by scheduling an appointment with Dr. Chang.
